Two changes of clothes - Shirts, pants, underwear, socks

Pullups if applicable

Cup if your child needs an adapted cup

Plate if your child needs an adapted plate

Any sensory supports that will benefit your child (chewies, gloves, fidgets)

Any medication that is to be administered at school (must be checked in by the school nurse)

Any unique tools that your child uses at home (examples in the past have included sunglasses, gloves, and a change of quick slide on shoes for the classroom).
