RISING 12th GRADERS:

Check your immunizations!

Dose #2* of the Meningococcal-A vaccine is required for your senior year.

* If the first dose is administered on or after the student's 16th birthday, a booster dose is not required. A booster dose is required for individuals entering the 12th grade or by 17 years of age, whichever comes first.

Immunizations should be up-to-date on the first day of school. A 30 day grace period is allowed. After 30 days, students will be kept remote-only until immunizations are up-to-date.
