How do I check out a book?

That depends on the type of book.

• For a physical book, just come to the library, pick your book out, and take it to the circulation desk. You only need to know your student ID number.

• Digital books are a little different. You access the digital collection and read the electronic books or listen to the audiobooks through the Sora app. Sora is provided by the school, and you login through IAM and Clever. If you need more information or help with Sora, come to the library or click here to read a walkthrough.

Sora is an app through which you can access digital collections, that is ebooks and audiobooks that you can read and listen to on any wifi enabled device. Here's a walkthrough for how to access it and add your libraries.

Do I have to pay for anything?

Only if a book never gets returned! We charge $5 for any lost book.
