PSE Makerspace

We are fortunate at Philip Simmons with a dedicated MakerSpace room. There are additional resources that enable the MakerSpace to extend into the classrooms.

In the PSE MakerSpace, students utilize common tools and supplies in new ways and uncommon ones to build surprising new things. Our MakerSpace is stocked with tools (metalworking, woodworking, electronic, textiles) and materials for the students to create their projects. These tools and materials allow students to build in cardboard, wood, metal, and plastic as well as design on a CAD workstation.
