These risk factors play a huge role in mental health social isolation isn't always on purpose, you may feel left out and feel like you are all alone so this could result in you wanting to isolate from social situations. While sometimes it is hard to put yourself out there you can do it, people care about you even if you don't feel like it.
Stress can also play a huge part in mental health issues, if you are stressed this can cause very bad issues, stress is apart of your every day life. It is a huge risk factor, stress can disrupt sleep, and weaken the immune system which you need to survive.
Life transitions also could be a risk for making your mental health worse, while your life is changing all the time it is important to have people by their side, even if you are having some bad life changes it is still important to put yourself first. Life happens of course but sometimes taking it one day at a time can help out a lot, you are doing the best you can!
