Meeting Dates

There will be informational meetings during the 2019-2020 school year. These are designed to encourage enrollment on the trip. If you have already enrolled then you have no need to attend these meetings.

Beginning in the September of 2029, we will have student information meetings regarding the trip itself. We understand that everyone will not be able to make meetings. The meetings are designed to help students become more comfortable with travel and with each other as we travel to Italy! If you cannot attend a meeting, it is perfectly fine! Simply stop by or email Mrs. Altman for information covered. Mandatory meetings will be held in the late Spring of 2021 once flight arrangements have been made. Please understand that until our tour director is assigned and flight arrangements are made, we will not be able to answer a lot of specific questions related to travel, room accommodations, etc. Parents/Adults are not required to attend meetings until the mandatory meetings in the Spring!

Student trip meetings will be held as follows:

  • March 2023 - Mandatory parent/student meeting. Anyone who cannot attend should let Mrs. Altman know prior to the meeting. Thank you!

  • April 7, 2023- Copies of identification materials (see next column!) to Mrs. Altman; Charter fees & tip money to Mrs. Altman for payment/distribution.

  • May 2023- TBA - Finalizing plans and all travel arrangements; Travel safety presentation. We will not schedule this meeting until we have all of the arrangement in hand. That means that this meeting could occur AFTER final exams.

  • June 2023- Italy/Greece Trip!
