Turn on Auto-Scoring

Your time is valuable. If the computer can grade it, it should. To use auto-scoring:

Go to the Settings cog in the upper right corner.
Confirm that Make this a quiz is turned on.
After typing one question, click on Answer Key.
Mark the points and the correct answer.
Click Done.
Type a new question and repeat 3-5.

Use a Previously Created Google Form

There is no need to create a Google Form from scratch each time. You can use previously created Google Forms.

In Classwork, select Assignment.
Type out the title and any directions.
Click Add -> Drive.
Select the Google Form.
Complete the date and points before selecting Assign.

Use Outside Apps for Quizzes

Google Forms may not always be the best option. Yes, auto-scoring for automatic feedback is awesome, but apps like Kahoot, Quizziz, Quizlet, and Edpuzzle may better engage students in the learning task.
