Definition - What is A Material Post in Google Classroom

Classwork - Materials - Defined.webm

A Material is different than an Assignment because it gives students access to a resource but does not call for further action so there is not an opportunity to leave specific feedback to students.

Additionally, students will not have the ability to turn in the material. It is purely an item for them to view.
