On the Pages tab on the left sidebar, look for View All Forms.
Select Class Rosters.
Change Report Format to XLSX (an Excel file).
Select your class (1st Period for junior high).
Select Run Report.
Click View Report.
Go to drive.google.com.
Select New -> Upload.
Open in Google Sheets.
Teachers can email updates to any parent or guardian who has signed up for the Aeries Parent Portal.
In Reports, select Gradebook Assignments by Student.
Available options:
Select one or more classes.
Select all or a few assignments.
Select all or a few students.
Select Email.
An email reminder that grades have been updated will help parents keep up to date on assignments.
It is should be noted that BCSD students do not have emails and, therefore, cannot view this report. However, their names will be listed in the summary email you will receive. Teachers should check their Spam email for parent replies. Make sure to Whitelist and Deliver parent emails.
