When Aeries and Google Classroom are linked together, scores in Google Classroom can be imported into Aeries.
When you open Aeries, the Class Summary appears.
Click Add Website.
Select Create.
You will receive a message that all students have been added to your class.
Click Visit Website to complete the process.
The class roster will update when Aeries updates. Students who are removed from the class will be grayed out in Google Classroom.
If you have already created a Google Classroom, select the link option under Website.
Add the Class Zoom link to Aeries for easy teacher and student access.
In Zoom (or Calendar), copy the Zoom URL.
On the Aeries Home page, click Add Meeting.
Paste (CTRL V) the Zoom URL.
Click Ok.
In the Aeries Student Portal, students can view not only their class schedule, but also links to Google Classroom (Website) and Zoom (Meeting).
Click on the gradebook
Click add assignment
Complete the name, description, type, category
Click add standard
Standard selector: Local and select your current grade level
Select standard(s) that reflects the assignment
Select OK
Select Save and Close
From the Aeries Home page, select Gradebook on the left side-bar under Pages.
Select Mass Add Gradebooks.
Select each of the classes except Advisory.
Click Next.
Select the Term.
Click Create Gradebooks.
If you teach multiple sections of the same subject, link those class together to simplify adding assignments.
From the Gradebook Dashboard, select Link Gradebooks.
Change the 0 to 1. Repeat for similar classes.
Change the 0 to 2 for a different subject area or term.

The best choice is Table because all the options are within one click.
From the Gradebook Dashboard, select Manage Gradebook.
Edit tab - everything is set up.
Options tab - check
Add/Drop Students Automatically when loading Scores By Class page - Students will still be on the list under Manage Gradebook, but not in the active Gradebook.
Hide Dropped Students - same
Categories tab - add at least one category and select Save.
Assignments tab - nothing to add at this time.
Manage Students tab
Select Add Students.
Click on Add All Students in the bottom left.
When it is done, select Close.
Final Marks - default percentages have been added for you.
Click on Dashboard when you are done.
