Rotation 6: Roller Coaster Physics & Air Skimmers

1st - 3rd-grade Students will be explore structural engineering and  physics as they build their magnetic roller coasters.

4th - 6th-grade students will explore aerospace engineering as they build a vehicle that uses an air cushion to reduce friction as it travels.

Rotation 5: Simple Machines

Students will be learning about the six simple machines through exploration and building. 

Rotation 4: Engineering Design Challenges

1st - 3rd-grade students will explore by creating hands-on STEM projects. 4th - 6th-grade students will explore construction engineering by building and testing various structures.

Rotation 3: Roller Coaster Physics

This rotation will focus on the Physics of rollercoasters. Students in grades 1st - 3 will be building marble roller coasters. Students in grades 4th - 6th will be making and testing different roller coaster features.

Rotation 2:  Mechanical & Architectural Engineering

Grades 1-3 students will focus on mechanical engineering by building a movement device.  Students in Grades 4-6 will learn and apply key concepts of Architectural engineering by building iconic structures of the world.

Rotation 1:  Isometric Drawing 

This rotation will focus on isometric drawing (3D Drawing). Students will learn how to see and draw objects as an engineer does.
