Unit 1: 

Get your felt ready! We are making a felt monster. There is a book in the kit so you can make copies OR have the kids make their own shape for a "monster". (Not a lot of curves nor angles. No larger than 6 inches by 6 inches, so that we do not run out of felt.) Be creative!

Unit 2: 

Fancy your way around the kitchen? Let's make a useful tool that will keep us safe while in the kitchen... a handmade potholder! Be craetive with your colors, and create a work of "heart".

Unit 3: 

OK. We need time to de-stress. In Unit 3 we will make a fidget game with a marble and felt that we can use to keep us focused, centered, and calm. It will be like a simple maze we will push the marble through. Follow the instructions carefully and enjoy!

Unit 4: 

Have pets or wished you had one. Well here is your chance to make your own felt pet that can be used as a backpack decoration, keychain, or a gift for a someone that loves animals.

Unit 5: 

This unit will introduce us to the art of cross stitching. This form is a beginner ste where the pattern is printed on the cross stich fabric for you. Pick an animal and get stitching!

Unit 6A: Ya got TWO choices!

This continues with our skills on making felt objects. This is our last unit, so if the ALs think there is enough felt and stuffing, your projects could be a little bit larger. Make a small pillow the shape of a whale, starfish or fish, summer is coming so let's think ocean theme.
