If you experience any difficulties or need assistance on a Virtual Day, please call the BCSC Tech Hotline for assistance.

The Tech Hotline is a call back system - please leave your information and a description of the technology issue you need assistance with in the voicemail, and staff will respond with helpful information. BCSC staff will be available to answer calls to the hotline between 7:30 am and 3:30 pm. If you require language assistance, leave a message and we wil relay your request to your school interpreter.
