Getting Permission

In addition to getting permission from your school leadership, Baltimore City Public Schools also requires an application for permanent garden infrastructure, including things like raised beds or garden sheds on all district owned property. This application process is to ensure that schools are communicating with the district office about proposed site changes, and to avoid a situation where a newly installed garden may need to be moved due to a future construction or maintenance project on the property.
