Vision for Baltimore

Students who did not pass the initial vision screening and who have returned their consent forms will receive full eye exams from the Vision to Learn (VTL) mobile clinic. Exams will take place here at the school on the following dates: January 9, 19, 26, 30 and 31. Please make sure your child comes to school on those days and have them bring their eyeglasses if they currently wear them. Please check your child's bookbag each day for more information regarding the results of their exam and next steps. If your child needs glasses, they will be delivered to school in three to four weeks from the exam date. do not hesitate to contact your Community School Coordinator, Ms. Lee, for more information at mlee04@bcps.k12.md.us or 443.642.3613.

Vision for Baltimore is a partnership among Baltimore City Public Schools, The Baltimore City Health Department, Johns Hopkins University,

Vision To Learn, and Warby Parker offering school-based vision services and free glasses, if needed, to students across Baltimore.

Preliminary eye and hearing screenings will be conducted at our school on 9/27 - 9/30. Students needing a followup exam and glasses will be we be scheduled to be seen at the school at a later date. Please complete the following consent forms for screenings and exams. An e-consent form has also been mailed to the email address you have on file with the school district.
