The faculty and administration of Beechfield Elementary believes that scholars learn best when certain conditions exist in the school environment. Scholars develop in an atmosphere in which all participants in the school community feel worthwhile and totally involved. Mutual respect will be exhibited among staff members, parents, community members and scholars. Through open lines of communication, staff and scholars participate in goal setting and decision-making. Behavioral expectations and disciplinary policies will be clearly stated, fairly administered and firmly enforced. All of these expectations exist in a safe and clean environment.
