Our solution to a challenge

B Lab has received increased interest from large and multinational companies over the past several years. These companies range in size and complexity, but all require an increased level of service and additional pathways for engagement compared to the small and mid-sized companies that B Lab has historically served. As such there has been a desire and real need to widen the capacity of B Lab to serve this growing sector.

B Lab Europe developed B Corp Way to create a range of support and services for these companies (predominantly larger and complex, but open to all) looking to use the B Corp methodology to help them measure and manage the impact of their operations, undertake strategic transformation, and ultimately be more aligned to the B Corp community.

Use of the B Corp Way platform does not in any way guarantee companies progress towards B Corp certification. The platform is independent of, but complementary to the certification process.

Partnership with B Lab

The services offered by B Corp Way consultants are developed by B Lab Europe in partnership with our consultants. What makes B Corp Way unique is that the offerings are grounded in B Lab’s methodology, and B Lab Europe ensures that this is fully and accurately reflected in the content.

B Lab Europe is piloting this model in the European region with the intention being for it to be rolled out through replication and adaptation in other regions over time.
