Each school site/classroom is responsible for ordering their own district transportation to and from the event working with their districts transportation coordinator (reserve your transportation early!).
Only ONE comprehensive transportation cost quote per district is allowed so please be sure all district transportation needs are included on one quote. Individual mileage for district cars/vans will not be accepted unless included on the district quote. Mileage for personal vehicles will not be accepted.
Submission is to be made by the district's Transportation Coordinator or representative; NOT by individual teachers.
Each district should make every attempt to cover the cost of transportation for their student-athletes for this event.
Only Butte County school districts that submit a cost quote PRIOR to the event by the DEADLINE below will be considered for possible financial assistance through our track meet fund.
Submission of a quote does not guarantee payment as many requests are received and funds are limited.
Please coordinate with other schools/teachers in your district to limit the number of busses you take to the event in order to keep costs to a minimum.
