The Butte County Office of Education School Site Track Meet is considered a school field trip.
Please ensure that each athlete has a district field trip permission form completed, signed and dated by parent.
No other forms are needed for your student to participate in the BCOE School Site Track Meet.
Photo Decline form must be submitted for those who do not want their child's photo/video/image taken
