These are a collection of Talks and the QnA's from the Pastoral Care workshops conducted by Fr. Herb and former BCBP President Manolet Siojo. We hope you will be able to learn something from these videos for you to better handle your pastoral ministry.
In NSPR 5 of 2015, Deepening Pastoral Care is identified as one of the most important and urgent objectives needed by the BCBP. Because of this the Formation Directorate conducted a series of workshops aimed at addressing this objective. The content of this site are excerpts from these workshops particularly the open forum where participants get to ask any question on their mind and our Spiritual Director, Fr. Herb responded with his answer. We hope this will prove to be a very useful resource for budding action group leaders as well as the seasoned ones who want to draw from Fr. Herb's wellspring of wisdom and experience.
