Riverside Trauma Center in conjunction with MindWise created a handout to help manage reactions to developing news.

These are just some local resources for mental health that the Student Services team have put together. This list is not extensive nor recommended but is a great starting point for any mental health assistance you may need throughout Bristol County.

The Shine Initiative created a toolkit complete with important mental health information for families and students to discuss all the questions and concerns surrounding emotional health and wellness.

Dr. Theresa Melito-Conners did an outstanding job putting together resources for parents, teachers, students, and administrators. Everything from ELL resources, mental health, stress management and more.

Everyone reacts differently to stressful situations and knowing this we must be cognizant of those warning signs and things that we can do to support each other.
