Holding clear, fair, and well-documented elections ensures a smooth leadership transition and keeps your organization in good standing. Your 2026-2027 E-Board must be elected and submitted by Tuesday, March 31, 2026.

Recommended Voting Method: MyBC Elections Tab

We strongly encourage all student organizations to conduct elections through the Elections tab in MyBC.

Using MyBC allows you to:

• Create secure, anonymous ballots

• Limit voting to verified organization members

• Automatically calculate results

• Maintain accurate records

• Ensure fairness and transparency

How to Access the Elections Tool:

1. Log into MyBC

2. Navigate to your organization’s page

3. Select the Elections tab

4. Create a new election

5. Set positions, candidates, and voting dates

6. Publish the ballot to your members
