Elections
Holding clear, fair, and well-documented elections ensures a smooth leadership transition and keeps your organization in good standing. Your 2026-2027 E-Board must be elected and submitted by Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
We strongly encourage all student organizations to conduct elections through the Elections tab in MyBC.
Using MyBC allows you to:
Create secure, anonymous ballots
Limit voting to verified organization members
Automatically calculate results
Maintain accurate records
Ensure fairness and transparency
Log into MyBC
Navigate to your organization’s page
Select the Elections tab
Create a new election
Set positions, candidates, and voting dates
Publish the ballot to your members
