Although we understand the argument for a more specialized approach to education, we believe that a well-rounded education is better for students because it allows them to explore their interests and develop traits and skills that will be useful to them later in life. Additionally, students who receive a well-rounded education early have higher college graduation rates and higher salaries after graduation, which allows them to live happier and healthier lives and be more positive contributors to society.
