The term "underrepresented" will be defined by each institution and may include students who are first-generation, BIPOC, low-income, undocumented, LGBTQIA+, from rural communities, and/or students with disabilities.
To assist underrepresented students with exploring their college options, many schools offer fly-in programs, which are overnight visit opportunities for which the college pays all expenses. These programs are selective and require an application. Deadlines vary.
Please note, the list below is not exhaustive and is meant to be a starting point for your research. It should open in a new tab for you to browse.
If you decide to apply for a fly-in program, please let your college counselor know.
