Sinfonia Orchestra – (7^th and 8^th grade SELECTED ENSEMBLE)

Sinfonia Orchestra provides an opportunity to perform music at a more challenging level. The students are expected to prepare, rehearse and perform with a more advanced repertoire of music and abide by a higher degree of expectations. Each students will demonstrate leadership within their sections and in any ensemble, demonstrate attentive and respectful behavior during rehearsals, and prove their preparedness prior to and during rehearsal. The Middle School staff is accustomed to sharing these students between practices and rehearsals. The Sinfonia Orchestra will perform at school concerts as well as other special events as time and preparation allows.
