Digital World 2017

“Digital Bangladesh”- this slogan carries a great significance for the Govt. of Bangladesh in order to ensure the development of Bangladesh through digitalization. As a part of this continuous process “Digital World-2017” a mega ICT event took place at Bangabandhu International Conference Center (BICC), Agargaon, Dhaka from December 6 to December 9, 2017 with the slogan “Ready for Tomorrow”. The event was attended by around 400 exhibitors from Bangladesh and abroad including policy makers, senior government officials & ministers, industry leaders, civil society spokespersons, investors and multinational software vendor.

Digital World 2017 served as a platform to connect investors, innovators, entrepreneurs, industry leaders and IT workforce of the country. IT companies, startups and public sector organizations showcased their products, services and their readiness to take up future challenges. In addition to these, seminars, policy dialogues and conferences for government leaders, entrepreneurs, developers, women and children in IT were arranged.

At the same time numerous representatives of ICT companies, international ICT associations, local & multinational software development agencies was there. Along all these various renowned IT training institutions, University faculties and innovative young university students attended this mega event to increase its success. “Digital World”-2017 was an enormous ICT mega event of Bangladesh for all the ICT enthusiastic.
