The world is undergoing significant change in the sphere of business management, and the change is ceaseless. As the world becomes a global consortium, innovation is at the centre of this whirlwind change. Events like the trade wars between major economies, OPEC output cuts, the rise of activism and the onset of a probable recession are leading examples of the changing global business landscapes. With increasing interactions between countries, markets trends are no longer bound by borders and neither is the competition between the firms of these countries. To be able to remain successful in such dynamic times, while adapting to the increasingly competitive markets, companies have to be able to keep up with the latest trends in the market, or else, have to work towards creating new ones.
Keeping this backdrop in mind, a two-day national conference was organized to provide a platform that facilitated discussions and showcased relevant researches on practices that can take businesses ahead in this competitive world.

History has shown whole economies crumble, and empires collapse: the causes of which ultimately lie rooted in one single action or phenomenon whose magnitude of effect was severely underestimated. One good business idea can spawn several other businesses that are directly inspired by it. One small change in policy could make or break a company.
