The IT Help Desk offers 24/7/365 response for the following emergencies:
If your site is completely without phone service on all phones at your site
If your site is completely without Internet on all computers at your site
Call the Help Desk (617-371-3131) as soon as you learn of the emergency. (Don’t submit a request through the IS Service Desk.) If the emergency is outside Help Desk staffed hours, call the same number. Listen to our voicemail greeting and follow the prompts to leave a message in our emergency voicemail system. The IS on-call staff will be notified and will contact you within an hour of your message. This emergency response does not cover password resets or problems printing.
