Just the thought of exams brings with it many unknowns, this can often lead to us feeling stressful and anxious about what we maybe going through.
It is important to know that you are not on your own, many people become anxious and nervous about examinations, the feeling is very similar to those of preparing for a job interview or performing in sport. We can use these feelings in a positive way by channelling them into our preparations.
