A Tranquil farmhouse with sea view - Relax in this light, spacious french-style farmhouse with its generous kitchen, luxury bathroom and citrus orchard garden. The farmhouse is now dog friendly, with a large, fully fenced area in the garden with easy access off the deck so your four footed friend(s) will have plenty of outdoor space to run around off the lead. How to get to Bawley Ridge Farm & Cottage

Our official address in google maps is  - Yanderrah, 239 Old Princes Hwy, Termeil NSW 2539

Bawley Ridge Farm (Yanderrah, 239 Old Princes Highway) is approximately 30 min south of Milton, Mollymook and Ulladulla and 30 min north of Batemans Bay. The turn off from the main Princes Highway onto Old Princes Highway is next to a BP Truck stop and opposite the Bawley Point Road turn off. We are about 4 mins up the road from the turn off (strangely) just after 217! Just before you get to us there is yellow turning sign indicating Middle Ridge Road to your right. We are 20 metres further on on the left and we have a wooden gate. Please let us know in advance roughly what time you're arriving, honk the horn when you get here and we'll come and open the gate for you!
