Chapter 6, Lessons 6.1: Please just demonstrate only and emphasize: "Just like multiplication is repeated addition, so is division repeated subtraction." We will not be turning-in this page.

Division Packet #1, Pages 33, 34, 35, 36: Continue teaching and practicing the traditional method for long division.
Division Packet #2, Pages 70, 71, 72: Continue teaching and practicing the traditional method for long division.
IXL Suggested Skills: These will appear on your student's IXL dashboard. You could also enter the 3-digit code directly into the IXL magnifying glass in the upper right hand corner of your IXL home screen. (Chapter 6: R95, XZA, 4T7, QMT, 5WV)
Freckle math practice (optional): Students have a login card for this taped into their blue math folder. They need to take a quick placement test in each domain independently before moving onto practicing. Students seem to enjoy this platform as an additional option.
Work on fact fluency using flashcards, dice, playing cards...whatever it takes :) In IXL under the "Learning" tab, there is a new "Fluency Zone" you can explore.
