History

In 5th grade History, we'll be looking at how different people, events, and ideas have shaped our country.

• What brought European settlers to the New World?
• What beliefs, dreams, or traditions did those people bring?
• How did these people clash with Native Americans and with each other?
• What ideas unified these different people into a single nation?
• And the BIG question... How does this affect us today?

We'll be exploring some big concepts and doing some deep thinking... we have some awesome learning ahead!
