From the start it was clear that George, Leigh and I had different talents. Within a few meetings we had begun to align ourselves naturally into roles within the group. Leigh's organisational and timekeeping abilities made her the natural leader: scheduling the meetings; generating to-do lists; and delegating out any required tasks. George's energy and enthusiasm made him the generator of most of the initial ideas. He was in many ways the 'creative' of the group. My role within the team was to be the pragmatist, and consider how our plans and ideas would exactly work in practice. Most planning sessions would be organised by Leigh, who usually planned a to-do list and wrote down the minutes and a summary of each meeting. During these meetings, we would all be free to suggest ideas for the activity, with Leigh making sure we remained on task. Many of the ideas were suggested by George; it was then usually my role to reject any which were too far-fetched, and help develop those that remained into a workable form.
