Dartmouth College is in the town of Hanover, 120 miles north of Boston. The best and most direct way to get here is by taking the Dartmouth Coach, a bus that offers daily service from Boston Logan Airport to Hanover. The trip usually takes less than 3 hours and it is a comfortable ride. You can purchase tickets at https://dartmouthcoach.com. A roundtrip ticket is $62. The last bus departs from the airport at 8:50pm so for those of you flying into Boston, make sure you get to Boston with enough time to catch the last bus. The first bus departing from Hanover on Sunday leaves very early in the morning (3:00 am), and I suggest that you look at the website above for schedules given that there are fewer buses on a Sunday.

For those of you coming by bus, the Dartmouth Coach will stop at the heart of Dartmouth campus (last stop), right in front of the Hanover Inn, where all participants will be staying. Reservations for a single room for three nights (arriving October 21 and departing October 24) will be under your name and “Galdosian Symposium”. If you plan to travel with a partner, please let us know as soon as possible.
