Touch Screen Fun

This page will list different activities in a variety of subject areas that you can review and then assign students so that they can take advantage of the new touch screen feature on their Lenovo Chromebook. These are just suggestions, but I am able to create any integration time with you or your class so you can learn more.

Language Arts

Wonders - Assign Wonders handwriting sheets directly in the Wonders program:

Students click on their "To Do" tab, select the handwriting worksheet, select the pencil tool, and then practice. * Follow up can be done using a printed pdf and pencil/marker

Drawing Apps

For straight forward drawing apps or websites the links here can be used. For Primary students the positive of some of these are being able to save their work. Google Draw is of course is an app we like to rely on, but the tool set can much for Primary Students

Pear Deck

Pear Deck: The draw and draggable slide template in Pear Deck will allow students to utilize the touch screen. You can take screen shots and paste them on instructor or student paced slides.

Spring & Spring Holiday Drawing Videos ** Note Pear Deck has the simplest drawing tools for primary students and the file can be saved in the students' Google Drive. Teachers can also use Jamboard, Whiteboard Fi, and Google Draw.
