SENIORS MUST COMPLETE ALL GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN COMMENCEMENT!
Seniors will be notified of their status relating to graduation throughout the school year.
Seniors who are not able to schedule enough courses for the spring semester to fulfill graduation requirements will not be permitted to participate in the Commencement program. Notifications of non-participation in the Commencement program will occur through a letter being sent to the student’s residence.
Seniors who have earned the correct number of credits at the conclusion of the fall semester and fail a course which is necessary to meet graduation requirements in the spring semester will not be permitted to participate in the Commencement program. When progress reports are issued for the fourth quarter in the spring semester, efforts will be made to notify seniors who are in danger of failing a course that they may not be eligible to participate in the Commencement program. The student may participate in the graduation exercise should the course be completed satisfactorily by the conclusion of the spring semester.
Students may participate in the following year’s graduation ceremony upon completion of graduation requirements.
