• Attend 1 New Support Staff Induction Day

• Connect with your mentor

• Meet with your principal and/or supervisor

• Meet with mentor as directed

• Work with coaches (Jeffrey Baker, Heather Auman, and Natalie Smithmyer) as necessary 

• Reach out for help and support

• Collect evidence of proficiency to meet your measurable goals

-  Add data to Mentor Program Detailed Outline

• Complete an end of the year reflection and self-assessment

• Complete end of year mentor program evaluation survey/questionnaire

• Share your portfolio with building admin, supervisor, mentor, and coaches
