- People's Choice Arts Fest- Held each July, People's Choice is one of the largest arts festivals in central Pennsylvania – attracting more than 110,000 visitors over a four-day period. The People’s Choice Festival of Pennsylvania Arts & Crafts features nearly 200 artists from around the state and around the globe.
- American Philatelic Society- The APS Research Library is located in the Match Factory in downtown Bellefonte. APS has programs and resources for students and for educators interested in American history and stamp collecting.
- The Bellefonte Art Museum- The Bellefonte Art Museum celebrates the human spirit through the arts by exhibiting and selling art by local artists from our Artist Registry; providing creative enrichment for individuals, families and children; and exhibiting artistic and cultural shows from outside the area.
- Palmer Museum- The Palmer Museum of Art is a free-admission arts resource for the University and surrounding communities in central Pennsylvania. With a collection of 8,850 objects representing a variety of cultures and spanning centuries of art, the Palmer is the largest art museum between PIttsburgh and Philadelphia.
- PA Military History Museum- Located nearby in Boalsburg, the PA Military History Museum and Shrine provides insight into the service and legacy of Pennsylvania's military men and women.
UPenn's Global Education Forum serves as an opportunity to engage in critical conversations between K–12 and higher education educators about how best to prepare students for a global world.
