1. Add the BAMS Library Calendar to your google calendar by clicking this link:

4. Make sure you check that "BAMS Library" is chosen in the calendar options. If you do not change this calendar, the booking will only show on your calendar and not on the library calendar for all to see.

*Please note that the tables are movable and often used by classes and staff. We encourage you to move them to meet your needs-please work to keep the space useful for all by returning the tables and chairs to how they were when you arrived.

*The tables are dry-erase. If students plan to write on the tables, please be sure they are cleaned off when finished.
* Below is an example of how to schedule the library as well as a seating chart. The seating charts are "view only" for BASD. Please make a copy to help preserve the original.
*You may email lsarge@basd.net to have the tables set up for you prior to your use-if she is available to do so.
