Computer Tech - 4th hr

2-3-17

This week we learned about digital citizenship and how to protect yourself. We also learned the dangers of the internet and social media. We also had a focus point of creating strong passwords for future accounts.

2-10-17

This week we learned how correctly research and how to guarantee ourselves the best information we can find. We also started to learn the basic symbols of proofreading and how to proofread docs.

2-17-17

This week we started to make those thing we learned last week. We made a formal business letter. we also learned about memos and how those should be written. We did a complaint letter, and a thing that involved Identifying business writing.

02-24-17

This week we learned about Business writing (ex: memos, emails and letters). We discussed the difference between those three things. We also learned how to write them in a proper way. Also we corrected some Business Writing.

02/03/17

This week are class on different types of ways to write to someone such as using a gmail, Business Letter, and Memos and we are still learning how to use google spreadsheet

3/17/17

This week we created a google form on surveys. We then worked with partners to make a presentation on our survey results. Our class presented them on Thursday and Friday.

4/7/17

This week we have presented our Shark products to the class, we also got to experience what it is like to be a Shark trying to buy the person's product. During the course of the week, we have learned how to code by doing the Hour of Code on Coding.com. Finally, we learned why coding is important and why people use it.

4/21/17

This week we have been learning how to code and make our own games. We also did "All About Me" for one of our projects. We did many other coding projects too. We are even working on one right now called " Dance Party".

4/28-5/5

Last week we coded a bunch of games on scratch. We could chose to code from a variety of games such as asteroids, a maze, pac man, and a few others. This week we have been creating songs on the Ipads with an app called garage band.

5/19/17

last week we worked in the 21st century lab, in the 21st century lab we did stop motion, we did that for the whole week. The stop motion had to be 1 minute long and 100 or more pictures for the stop motion. We filmed on the iPads too. It took the whole class time to make it.
