2026 AP Exam Dates

Exam Logistics & Procedures

All AP exams will be held at:

Beaver Pool House 

799 Buffalo St. 

Beaver, PA 15009

Attendance & Scheduling

• Arrival: Students must report directly to the testing site 20 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Exams will begin promptly.

• Duration: Please plan for an approximate testing window of 3 hours and 15 minutes per exam.

• Transportation: Students are responsible for arranging their own transportation on days when school is not in session or for exams that extend beyond the regular school day (e.g., afternoon exams starting at noon).

Excusal & Lunch Times

• Morning Exams: Students are excused until 12:04 PM and will eat 6th-period lunch.

• Afternoon Exams: Students are excused from 10:47 AM through the end of the day and will eat 5th-period lunch.

Required Materials

Students must bring the following items to the testing site:

• Device: School-issued or personal testing device

• Software: Bluebook must be downloaded, installed, and tested prior to arrival

• Credentials: College Board account login information

• Tools: An approved calculator and a No. 2 pencil

• Personal: A snack and drink (permitted during breaks only)

• Identification: Non-BASD students must provide government or school issued photo ID

How to Earn College Credit

AP Exam Accomodations

Students Eligible for testing accommodations must have prior approval from the College Board. The deadline for accommodations request to be submitted is January 16, 2026. Please contact Miss Coleman if you would like to submit a request to test with an approved College Board accommodation. 

AP Registration 

Payment and Registration are due to the Counseling Office by October 31, 2025. Please reach out to your counselor if you have questions about reduced fee qualifications. 

Costs for exams are as follows:

Standard AP Exam-$99 

Reduced AP Exam- $62

Please make checks payable to Beaver Area School District with the student name and name of AP exam in the memo line. 

Please note: 

* There is an additional $40 late registration fee for exams ordered AFTER 3 PM November 14, 2025.  Late registration deadline is 3 PM March 13, 2026. Please contact the counseling office if you need to register late. 

** Students who cancel their order after November 14 will be charged a $40 cancellation fee. 

*** Failure to pay or properly register for your exam may result in the failure of an exam to be ordered.
