Whether navigating behavioural dynamics or devising strategies for promoting mental well-being, our supervision offerings are designed to provide practical strategies and insights.

Nurturing Children and Families

We can provide training on mental health models and issues, for teaching staff along with tailored workshops and group interventions. These interventions can be for small groups or entire classes and cover topics like problem-solving skills, social skills training, and transitioning to high school. Alongside emotional/behaviour management interventions from a low level (e.g. mindfulness for all) to targeted interventions for children who might be at risk of exclusion.

We can offer family interventions, including multi-family groups, or parenting programmes which focuses on supporting education, as well as teaching for parents on how to make the most of professional networks for their children with special educational needs.

Commissioning

At Bartles Foundry, our practice draws from extensive experience in supporting various educational provisions. From the independent sector to state schools, and even special educational settings including referral units, we have worked with a diverse range of institutions. Our understanding of the unique challenges and needs within each educational setting enables us to provide tailored support and guidance to educators across the spectrum
