The University of Manchester chemistry PASS scheme is holding a Meet the Academics event on the 2nd and 3rd of August over zoom. This event is aimed at students interested in studying chemistry and consists of 7 talks given by lecturers at the university on a range of research topics. If you are interested the sign-up link is below. Students are encouraged to join with only their first names as sessions will be recorded and posted on the Chemistry PASS YouTube Channel.

Every year one of the local schools in Oxfordshire holds a youth chemistry conference where students are invited to give either a talk, make a poster or write a paper on something relating to that year's topic.

The topic this year is "MEDICAL CHEMICAL"

It is always a super fun day and a chance for students to get to do some research and share it with like-minded students in Oxfordshire.
