Task range:

• Assistance in calculating prices on behalf of a salesperson or customer.

• Confirms the conclusion of contracts to the client

• Takes care of ongoing customer service, especially in the field of sending samples and specifications and supervising the processing of complaints.

• Monitors the implementation of sales contracts, providing salespeople with information about possible delays

• Helps salespeople organize their business trips.

• Ensures the highest possible level of service for the company's customers.

• Prepares weekly and monthly sales reports

• Prepares presentations for sales meetings and meetings with clients

• Ensures that data is correct and updated in all databases for which he is responsible.

• Performs other tasks defined by the superior on an ongoing basis.
