Task range:
Accepting applications from users of IT systems;
Delegating applications to appropriate work groups;
Technical Support;
Diagnosing and solving user technical problems;
Documentation and analysis of business processes and instructions;
Proactively monitor your SAP related dashboard.
About you:
You know English on a communicative level (enabling free written and telephone communication);
You are a student, graduate of IT or a related field;
Experience with ticketing tools will be an additional advantage;
Knowledge of JavaScript – an additional advantage;
You are a communicative person;
You are available in the afternoons/evenings for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
