Our HR local team is currently looking for an intern to support daily operational work. In this position, your work will contain continuous cooperation and support of the local HR department. You will have the opportunity to learn about HR from the administrative side. That's excellent opportunity to gain new, important experience in this area.
Your main responsibilities would be:
Continuous cooperation and support of the local HR department;
Document turnover and sending;
Processing scans;
Assistance in preparing documents;
Procedures update;
Creating reports;
Data update in the SuccessFactors system.
About you:
You are a conscientious and creative person;
You are available approximately 100-120 hours per month;
You absorb new information quickly;
You are an organized person;
You are a graduate/student of fields related to HR, accounting, human resources and payroll;
You speak English at a level enabling free oral and written communication (at least intermediate level);
You know formulas in MS Excel (at least basic level).
