Task range:
Daily support for Customer Care Team in creating billing documents (Credit Note, Debit Note);
Supporting Complaint and Improvement investigator and Manager in maintenance and of reports and dashboards to always deliver accurate outcomes (great opportunity to learn and practice skills in Excel, SAP BW, SAP Analytic Cloud, Power BI) e.g. reporting number of complaints in certain categories, for certain countries/ regions and main causes of those complaints;
Taking part in continuous improvement initiatives to minimize number of complaints;
Frequent monitoring of 3rd party platforms and reports to confirm invoices being delivered to the final customer;
Addressing any issues with invoice not being delivered to business stakeholders or external service providers;
Taking part in complaint management process on Salesforce and projects held by the team.
About you:
Good English skills (Native or C1 level) to ensure seamless communication with business stakeholders from European countries;,
At least student of 2nd year, preferable Economy, Econometry, Logistics, English philology;
Other languages might be an asset: Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch, French, Polish;
Eagerness to work and develop Excel (and other analytical applications) skills;
SAP, Power BI, Salesforce or other ERP and CRM systems experience is an asset.
