The Great Indoors*
The Scouts are known for the great outdoors, but they have now put their heads together to find things to do inside. EYFS aged children will need help for most activities but teamwork makes the dream work! Some tasks will also give purpose to that one 'outside visit' for exercise that you get a day.Picture Gallery
From today we will add a regular link from www.onceuponapicture.co.uk for us all to have a look at together. The site is free to access and you can browse the site at any time, but the idea is we all look at the same picture at the same time.

tpet.co.uk are offering free weekly downloadable packs every Friday for Early Years Foundation Stage. You will need to create an account to access but this is free.Spellings

Free Online Series from Julia Donaldson*
Julia Donalson, the writer of 'The Gruffalo', is launching a free online series live on Facebook every Thursday at 4pm. See link and details on the Radio Times website.Please note: Children should not have their own Facebook accounts and should be watched under adult supervision.

From this week, the BCC is starting to publish daily lessons for most year groups, however they don't explicitly provide content for our year group (Early Years) as content starts from Year 1. We've included this link incase any of our children have older siblings that might benefit from this content.

The Oak National Academy started providing 'daily lessons' last week . The site offers some content for EYFS but please have a look at the resources and 'follow the enthusiasm' with your child. If you think that the content isn't suitable (for whatever reason) then try to adapt it or disregard and check back the next day to see if they have anything new. Let us know how it goes if you choose to use it.
