Users may request the deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.
How to request account deletion:
1. Send an email to suporte@pulsetrip.com.br
2. Use the email subject: "Solicitação de exclusão de conta – Pulse Pay"
3. Include the email address used to create the account
4. Submit the request and wait for confirmation
Data that will be deleted:
- User account information
- Authentication data
Data retention:
Some data may be retained for up to 30 days for legal or security purposes before being permanently deleted.
