Your loaned T-Mobile or Kajeet/Verizon hotspot may work better in some locations than others. This is due to cell service in your area, and not a problem with the equipment. If you've tried both the T-Mobile and the Kajeet/Verizon hotspot and you are still having connectivity issues, look into the options under the "Public & Low-Cost Internet Access" section.

Connecting Your Chromebook to a Hotspot
Turn on the hotspot by pressing/holding in the power button until it turns green and screen turns on
Turn on/open your Chromebook
Click the wireless icon in the lower-right of your Chromebook screen
Select wireless network named BangorPS2021
Enter the password from the bottom of the hotspot
When you're finished with the hotspot, press/hold the power button in until the screen turns off, and charge the hotspot.
